In november 12th 1769 captain James cook had arrived at mercury bay and also AUSTRALIA. When captain James cook arrived he bought a boat called the HMS ENDEAVOUR and also he brang a FLAG called the BRITISH FLAG. The designs on the BRITISH FLAG represent 2 countries.
when I was typing I have learnd that hms endeavour was a boat and the british flag looked different back then.
